In order to contain the effects of the worldwide Corona pandemic, DEG Deutsche Investitions- und Entwicklungsgesellschaft decided to launch a special program to support corresponding projects in developing and emerging countries. In cooperation with Dr. Herrmann Consulting, a Bolivian consortium, consisting of the companies Laboratorios Labser SRL and SINDAN Organic SRL, presented a convincing project concept, which, thanks to the acquisition of a mobile testing laboratory, will test at least 5,000 small farmers and their families for the Corono virus in order to be able to initiate targeted measures to combat the pandemic.
